Above the Storm

A cloudy day somewhere else is still somewhere else. This painting holds a quiet dream — a manifestation, if you will — to return to Russia one day. To walk beneath skies I have only imagined, to stand in the places that live in my heritage and feel them beneath my feet. Travel has always reminded me that perspective is a choice, and that the world holds more for us than the view from where we are standing. This painting is my intention set in oil.

This painting will come unframed; however, it is painted on the sides. If you choose to frame, every piece can be installed in a frame that you purchase on your own or you have professionally done.
